On October 20, 2021, the presentation of AlphaMedGroup took place. Kristina Krivets, Director of AMG, noted that the main activity of the company is aimed at developing inbound and domestic medical tourism to receive high-quality medical services in clinics and resorts across Kazakhstan.
Now more than ever, it is important to convey objective information to people about the level of quality and safety of modern, innovative diagnostic and treatment methods available in the country's best medical organizations. In addition, the company organizes internships for Kazakhstani doctors and other medical specialists in top foreign centers to implement new technologies and treatment methods in the republic, as well as provides consulting services to domestic clinics.
Among those invited to the presentation were heads of leading medical organizations in Kazakhstan, members of the UMC Foundation, ambassadors of a number of foreign countries, representatives of the Nur-Sultan City Akimat, and others.
In his opening speech, Mikhail Guterman, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Medical Innovations and Technologies – the founder of AMG, emphasized that Kazakhstan has all the necessary conditions for the development of medical tourism. Over 15 years of Medical Innovations and Technologies' activity, more than 45 turnkey projects have been implemented, innovative technologies introduced, and conditions created to provide medical care at the level of the best American and European clinics. He noted the high professional level and human qualities of Kazakhstani doctors.
The presentation featured speeches by Sholpan Bulekbayeva, Director of the National Center for Children's Rehabilitation, and Aliya Tuleuova, Deputy Director of the Medical Center Hospital of the President's Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They spoke about their medical centers complying with JCI standards — world-class medical care, treatment options in them, and welcomed AMG as a future partner purposefully developing medical tourism in Kazakhstan.
Guests from Semey, Yerlan Burkutov, Chief Physician of the Emergency Medical Care Hospital, and Marat Sandybayev, Chief Physician of the Center of Nuclear Medicine and Oncology, introduced the audience to new technologies implemented in their clinics and appreciated the role of AlphaMedGroup in organizing high-quality training for their specialists in Poland and Israel.
All guests noted the importance, good development prospects, and huge potential of medical tourism in Kazakhstan.
