Cellular technologies based on the use of stem cells are developing quite intensively worldwide. The Scientific Center for Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery JSC has been involved in the transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells for over 10 years.
The ability to quickly freeze stem cells with subsequent cryopreservation is very important for the treatment of patients with oncological and hematological diseases.
During the center's operation, the need arose for an additional cryostorage with greater capacity for storing transplants.
Our company, together with Nurbank JSC, supplied the Scientific Center for Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery JSC with a 10K series cryogenic system with automatic fill level control, manufactured by IC Biomedical.
This system is equipped with special software that constantly monitors the level and temperature necessary to preserve the quantity and quality (viability) of stem cells, automatically refilling liquid nitrogen to the required level.
Thanks to the supply of the new cryostorage, the Center has the opportunity to assist in providing programmed treatment to a larger number of young patients.
