From Radiation Therapy to Digital Operating Rooms: MIT at KIHE 2026
MIT has summarized the results of its participation in KIHE 2026, the leading healthcare industry exhibition in Central Asia, held from May 20 to 22 in Almaty.

At the MIT booth, the company showcased next-generation technologies for precision medicine — from radiation therapy systems to intelligent clinical data management platforms. The exhibition attracted significant interest from the professional community, including physicians, healthcare executives, and industry technology partners.
The center of attention for visitors was the Elekta portfolio of solutions for precision radiation therapy and radiosurgery — technologies that provide submillimeter dose delivery accuracy and set a new standard of safety in oncology. Particular interest was generated by the Allia IGS 5 angiography system, an interventional platform with intelligent imaging designed for a wide range of complex procedures. The system is expected to be delivered to the Republic of Kazakhstan in the near term.
A separate focus of the exhibition was digital solutions for operating rooms and intensive care units. Mindray’s M-Connect platform integrates medical equipment into a unified ecosystem, enabling centralized monitoring, seamless device integration, and intelligent real-time patient data management.
As part of KIHE 2026, MIT held a series of strategic meetings with its exclusive manufacturing partners Brainlab and Leica Microsystems, as well as with international technology leaders with whom the company has maintained long-term cooperation: GE Healthcare, Mindray, Olympus, Bowa, Ulrich Medical, BTL, Sanova, BMT Medical Technology, Browiner, and Beckman Coulter. The discussions focused on bringing new technologies to market, expanding the product portfolio, and launching joint projects shaping the future of healthcare in the region.
During the exhibition, the MIT team conducted dozens of business meetings and negotiations with representatives of leading medical organizations from Kazakhstan and Central Asian countries.
Participation in KIHE 2026 strengthened the company’s partner ecosystem, enabled the presentation of comprehensive solutions for operating rooms, intensive care units, and diagnostic centers, and helped define priorities for the digital transformation of healthcare.
MIT thanks the exhibition organizers, partners, and booth visitors for their interest, meaningful dialogue, and trust. We continue to build the healthcare technology infrastructure of the next generation — precise, connected, and patient-centered.
