City Polyclinic No. 10. Adult Polyclinic with a Capacity of 350 Visits and Pediatric Polyclinic with a Capacity of 150 Visits (Astana)
A modern outpatient and polyclinic complex in Astana, built under the state program “100 Schools – 100 Hospitals.” The complex is designed to accommodate 350 adult visits and 150 pediatric visits per shift.
City Polyclinic No. 10 is a modern healthcare facility built as part of the State Programme “100 Schools – 100 Hospitals,” providing medical services across more than 22 specialties.
The complex is housed in a five-story building consisting of three blocks. The new outpatient and polyclinic complex is equipped with advanced medical and diagnostic equipment. An electronic queue management system has been introduced at the new polyclinic to streamline patient flow and improve the efficiency of the registration desk.
Furthermore, as part of the “Smart Astana” project, the polyclinic plans to implement a pilot project to establish a unified medical information call center to provide services and support to the city’s residents.
