New hospital complex in Ridder: MIT project successfully completed
On December 26, 2025, Akim of the East Kazakhstan Region Nurymbet Saktaganov and Minister of Health Akmaral Alnazarova visited the new multidisciplinary hospital complex in Ridder, which officially opened on December 24, 2025.

Also attending the event were General Director of MIT Diaz Abduaim and Director of Turn key Projects Amir Manasov.
The complex includes a 200-bed inpatient facility and a 500-patient outpatient clinic. It consists of three buildings and is designed to provide high-tech, specialized, and emergency medical care to residents of the region.
The hospital includes departments of surgery, traumatology and orthopedics, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, obstetrics and gynecology, a pediatric somatic unit, operating rooms, a resuscitation and intensive care unit, laboratory and diagnostic buildings, an admissions and diagnostics department, as well as auxiliary units—a pharmacy warehouse, sterilization department, and laundry.
The outpatient clinic is designed to treat both adults and children and includes departments of general practice, surgery, dentistry, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, neurology, gynecology, functional and radiation diagnostics, physiotherapy, as well as a day hospital and a women’s clinic.

The Minister of Health noted that the opening of such a modern facility will significantly improve the accessibility and quality of medical care for city residents.
