The Federation of Anesthesiologists and Resuscitators, with the support of the MIT, held an off-site meeting in Shymkent

On November 28, with the support of Medical Innovative Technologies, off-site meeting of the Board of the Federation of Anesthesiologists and Resuscitators, together with the Shymkent branch of the Federation, was held at the Shymkent City Hospital No. 2.

The event focused on improving anesthesiology and resuscitation care for the city’s population. Key areas of service development, modern clinical approaches, and practical aspects of specialists’ work were discussed.

The program included presentations and discussions on the following topics:

• Modern approaches to the treatment of sepsis and septic shock;
• Current aspects of HELLP syndrome;
• Parenteral nutrition in children;
• Pain control in cancer patients;
• Ensuring safety in obstetric anesthesiology;
• Algorithms for the management of severe traumatic brain injury.

Holding the meeting in this format allowed specialists to pool their expertise, strengthen interregional professional cooperation, and identify paths for the further development of anesthesiology and resuscitation services in Shymkent.
