MIT sponsored the International Conference on ENT surgery and hearing rehabilitation in Almaty

On March 27–28, 2026, the Mercure Hotel in Almaty hosted the international scientific and practical conference New Technologies in Hearing Rehabilitation, Otorhinolaryngology and Skull Base Surgery. Medical Innovative Technologies (MIT) acted as a sponsor of the event and showcased its advanced solutions in high-tech ENT surgery.

The conference brought together leading experts in otorhinolaryngology, hearing rehabilitation, and skull base surgery—one of the most technologically demanding fields of modern medicine. Surgical procedures involving the skull base require exceptional precision in navigation and visualization, making the integration of digital surgical systems especially critical.

At the MIT exhibition booth, participants had the opportunity to explore Brainlab intraoperative navigation systems, widely used in ENT and neurosurgery. The company also presented Leica Microsystems surgical microscopes, which provide highly accurate visualization for microsurgical procedures, particularly in ear surgery and skull base operations. MIT specialists offered professional consultations and addressed practical questions regarding the implementation of these technologies.

MIT consistently supports professional medical communities in Kazakhstan, contributing to the adoption of cutting-edge surgical technologies in clinical practice.
