MIT and Leica Microsystems: Cooperation Plans for 2026

Medical Innovative Technologies (MIT) LLP held a working meeting with a representative of Leica Microsystems, during which the parties discussed cooperation plans for 2026.

The main focus of the meeting was on the supply of Leica Microsystems surgical microscopes, including new digital hybrid microscopes, to medical institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the implementation of joint projects to equip operating rooms with modern optical equipment, including intraoperative optical coherence tomography (OCT) systems.

During the negotiations, the parties reviewed priority areas for the application of surgical microscopes, issues related to commissioning of the equipment, training of medical personnel, and service support.

MIT is the exclusive distributor of Leica Microsystems in the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing official deliveries of surgical microscopes as well as warranty and post-warranty service in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards.

Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their intention to continue cooperation and implement joint projects in 2026.
