MIT — partner of the Central Asian-Chinese Neurosurgeon Forum
On May 29, 2025, the Central Asian-Chinese Neurosurgeon Forum was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Almaty — an important event for specialists in the field of medicine and high technology. We, the team of “Medical Innovative Technologies” (MIT), were happy to support this event as a partner.
The forum was organized by the Department of Neurosurgery of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov and the Children’s City Clinical Hospital No. 2 with the support of the Almaty City Society of Neurosurgeons.
The forum brought together leading specialists from Kazakhstan, Central Asian countries and China. It was an excellent opportunity to discuss modern challenges and new approaches in neurosurgery, exchange practical experience and establish professional connections.
We presented innovative solutions from our partners — Brainlab and Leica Microsystems — to the forum guests:
- Brainlab Kick navigation system,
- software for precise surgery planning,
- Mixed Reality Viewer in Magic Leap glasses — for visual and interactive presentation of data,
- as well as — the capabilities of modern neurosurgical microscopes Leica.
Our technologies aroused keen interest and many questions — and this is not surprising: precision, comfort and patient safety are more important today than ever.
