Conference on “quantitative analysis in echocardiography”
On May 15, 2018, on the basis of the City Cardiology Center, Almaty, Medical Innovation Technologies LLP together with General Electric Healthcare held a conference on Echocardiography on the topic “Quantitative analysis in Echocardiography”, as well as a master class under the guidance of a doctor Medical Sciences, Professor, Leading Researcher, Department of Atherosclerosis and Chronic Ischemic Heart Disease, URAMN Research Institute of Cardiology (Tomsk), Ms. Pavlyukova E.N. on the system for four-dimensional 4D-volume ultrasound cardiovascular diagnostics expert premium VIVID E95.
The conference was attended by leading cardiologists, doctors of echocardiography, doctors of ultrasound diagnostics and functional diagnostics.
During the conference the following topics were covered:
• Quantitative methods for analyzing the functional parameters of the heart;
• The possibilities of volumetric cardiac reconstruction in assessing the functional parameters of the heart;
• Volumetric reconstruction of the heart to assess the valvular apparatus of the heart.
В ходе мастер-класса доктор медицинских наук, профессор, ведущий научный сотрудник отдела атеросклероза и хронической ишемической болезни сердца УРАМН НИИ кардиологии (г.Томск) Павлюкова Елена Николаевна продемонстрировала принципы работы ультразвуковой экспертной системы Vivid Е95, провела ультразвуковое обследование трех пациентов и поделилась своим опытом и знаниями с врачами Республики Казахстан.
During the master class, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Leading Researcher of the Department of Atherosclerosis and Chronic Ischemic Heart Disease, Research Institute of Cardiology (Tomsk) Elena Pavlyukova demonstrated the principles of the ultrasound expert system Vivid E95, conducted an ultrasound examination of three patients and shared her experience and knowledge with the doctors of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Ms. E.M.Pavlyukova is the author of 120 publications in Russian and foreign journals devoted to the issues of left ventricular curl in healthy children and adolescents, the structure of the heart in patients with idiopathic blockade of the left bundle of His, ischemic mitral regurgitation, myocardial perfusion in patients with ischemic heart disease, syndrome X, essential hypertension, genetic characteristics of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
