A master class with Dr. Md,Phd MSC, M. Ivanov was held at the Central Clinical Hospital.

On April 28, a regular meeting of the city society of neurosurgeons was held at the Central City Clinical Hospital.

A master class was held with the participation of Dr. Md, Phd MSC, M. Ivanov – head of the spine department, senior lecturer at the University of Sheffield in England.

The agenda included such topics as navigation in spinal surgery, endoscopic treatment of hemorrhagic stroke, combined therapy for lesions of the sciatic nerve and its branches, experience with the use of combined flaps in the surgical treatment of locally advanced scalp tumors, and much more.

The history of formation, development prospects of the Department of Neurosurgery of the Central City Clinical Hospital was also presented. The master class used a navigation system from Brainlab.
